Pathetic. STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY IN ANY FORM OF INSURANCE

This claim is not for severe illness benefit but rather for my income protector.

My policy was paid and up to date at that point. I was told that my sick note dated 20/11/2019 to 28/12/2019 Will be investigated.

I have a response to which a forensic officer dates that the hospital CANNOT FIND THE SICK NOTE BOOK AND THEREFORE IT POSSIBLY WOULD BE CONSIDERED **********. By not finding a sick note book , how can you deem a sick note **********.

My October to November 2019 sick note was issued by the same person who issues my nov/December 2019 sick note.

I was told by my broker not to submit the 20/11/2019 to 28/12/2019 sick note until I het paid for my October/ November 2019 sick note. At this point my policy was upto date.

I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING SINCE DECEMBER 2019 AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. I have written to the ombudsman and now discovery says they cannot communicate with me directly because I have taken the case to the ombudsman.
