Pathetic pay of installments options and WEBSITE

It is with a high level of frustration to let Discovery know there website is totally user-unfriendly and absolute pathetic.

1. They allow you to change address, etc details. Once saved, it still display the old details. 2. You can add additional payment card options - take hours to complete it online - just to get to once saved - nothing actually saved on their system. 3. They refuse that you pay any installments via EFT
