Pathetic ,I hate dealing with discovery

Discovery handles my group benefits .

I have tried since last year August to amend a simple thing like a beneficiary change which is so critical. I explained with screen shots that I can't do this on their platform.

They sent me a form to fill which I did and sent back and to date I don't have communication if this is done.

Despite numerous follow ups they have not gotten back to Me if my beneficiary details were updated.
