Pathetic Customer Service

<p> i first started enquiring about discover life in march this year, i signed all the documents and was hapy to hear that i would be joinung discovery on the 1st of may. on the 25th of april i saw the advertised promo that discovery was running about 50%off life premius. my consultant ashvaanth mahabeer was useless, no one ever called to assist me, today i called and was told i dont qualify because i joined in march, another consultant said it does show i joined in may, but my advisor only logged the query on the 06-05-16 , he did nothing from the 15-04-16 till then, i still have no answers and i am FURIOUS! consultants are not helpful, no one cares, no one bothers to call or email back, but sure as hell - they debited my account on time!!!</p> <p>. im considering terminating my policy ASAP. i have emails to prove alll this</p>
