Ive been struggling the while week to get tuem to refund my double payment

Discovery Life couldnt decifer the double premiums paid next on the screen shots I emailed them 6 Sep and insited on bank statement which I only got 3 Oct and emailed them same day. Two weeos later their Investigative team still non functional. Their careline just as useless
