One person makes all the difference.

This was originally going to be a grumpy review, but I am changing it to a smiley review, all because one person walked the extra mile for me. I submitted a claim to the Life Claims dept and as per my previous experience, I was not getting any joy. The person who had to listen to my frustration was Melanie Naidoo. She calmed me down and promised to take ownership of my problem. She phoned me to update me with the progress. As promised, she also got management to phone me. To top it all, she phoned me on Tuesday 24 November to confirm that the claim had been paid. We had such a nice chat. Melanie, you do Discovery proud - you are so warm and genuine.
