Old Discovery Life Policies

On 2016-01-06 I email Discovery regarding some old group life policies which still shows up on my Android app portfolio and I would like them to be removed as I no longer contribute to them. I have had no feedback on the email I sent. <br> <br> On 2016-01-23 I reached out to Discovery via Facebook and received a response 2 days later which requested some more information which I then sent to them the same day (see attached). Since then I had no word on this is once again. <br> <br> Today (2016-02-12) I decided to phone, since sending emails does not work. Phone, don't email although they have been sending emails advocating electronic channels to resolve issues. This is false. The person I spoke to I found rude and constantly interrupted me without paying attention to the key points I made. In an attempt to stay civil, I hung up the phone and decided to come here instead. <br> <br> I would like for these extra 2 policies *** / ***) to be removed from my Android app view. I would also very much like for Discovery to catch a wake up and actually respond to emails, maybe even develop a ticketing system which actually works.
