Nothing to Discover at Discovery
I have now sent no less than 7 emails to Discovery, copying in anyone and everyone regarding a query since 30 October 2020, and still no response. If this is how Discovery treats their customers it is shocking, pathetic to say the least. I have received reference numbers ***, ***, ***8, ***, ***, ***9, ***, *** etc. How long and how many emails must one send to Discovery to get information?
