Not much life in the service
Since 7 Nov 2019 I reported incorrect address details to Discovery Life on five separate occasions to my Discovery Life broker. As of now, the details are still incorrect! This is a huge problem because on calling Discovery, the verification check fails because although we give our actual correct address, we fail their check. I have repeatedly provided details of what is wrong and have provided proof of address. Despite many attempts on my part to resolve the problem using the correct channels, the problem remains unresolved. Right now I feel extremely frustrated by the shockingly bad service from Discovery Life!!!!
