Not good!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my policy with you for three days now. I phone you then I'm put on hold, endlessly transferred and even ons promise to do so this morning, but still no confirmation email. When I go online and request for you to phone me, nothing happens. </p> <p>Cancelling our car insurance with you was much more easy. One phone call, no hassles. </p> <p>O, I even got some person telling me I need to write an email to cancell the policy. But to make myself clear, I am not writing any letters, because you do not respond anyway. </p> <p>Since we have joined with you guys it was an endless hassle for service. So please, may I get some assistance? </p>
