Not being transparent

My wife was diagnosed with cancer and operated on. A claim was sent to Discovery Life only to be told that on life threatening. health claims they only pay out a percentage. When questioned, I was told to read the fine print. No one explained at the outset that on illness, there is part payout. They only explain disability cover. I found Sanlam Insurance Company to be the best people to take out life cover with.
