not allowing people to bury their loved ones with dignity

I followed up on the claim today and the beneficiaries still not updated. Are you running still puppet show at discovery? Can people please be trained to do their jobs properly. This is getting exhausting. After all the drama of verifying the beneficiaries I'm told that I will only get feedback from the assessor tomorrow. Haven't even received the funeral portion. How does this work? You complicate things by people not doing their jobs and not allowing people to bury their loved ones with dignity.
