I did my exit interview with 1Life on the 2nd of September. I was informed I will get a sms, WhatsApp or an email with a link to withdraw my provident fund. A month and two weeks later I’m still waiting for the link. I’ve called so many times and I’m told I’ll get the link, they promised to give me a call to check if I got the link and nobody gives me a call back. I am really not happy with your service and I would never encourage anyone to take anything with your company. I’m really ****ed and irate right now 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 if I do not get feedback today I will blow up all social media platforms until I get paid my provident fund.
