NONEXISTENT SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY LIFE

<p>Hello Peter I'd like to report bad service I got from a Sonny Masanabo from Discovery Life . On the 17th February 2016 I requested cancellation of my Life cover Policy No ********** 678 and this has since not taken effect. The person in question mailled me the cancellation forms , which I completed and mailled back but to this date , discovery is still deducting premiums for the life cover.I would like the policy cancelled as per my request , effective from the request date ( for which I have proof in the form of e-mail) and all the deducted money re-imbursed back to me accordingly.Kindly assist with having this matter ammicably resolved.</p>
