Non payment of Claim 25213

To date I have not received any policy document, so understanding how I was covered is exactly the problem.<br> I was admitted to hospital for Alcohol Withdrawal symtom, as a result of stress. I received treatment for this in hospital and decided to book myself into a rehab facility. this was for a further 28 days. I was off work from 30 April 2014 till 14 July 2014. during this time I was supposed to be covered under income continuation benefit. I have not been paid a cent. On further investigation, they state that it was self inflicted. Prove it! Further to this I found out that if I was drunk and died in an accident, they would have paid my beneficiary out in full. Contradiction at its best! If they are not willing to pay my benefit in full, then they are to refund me my premiums at least as I do not have a policy document at all. After processing mu claim, I have not heard from them at all. So, I cancelled the policy and now and disgusted with their non-response!
