No Service from Adviser

<p>I emailed Traven Govender who is "supposed to be my Adviser" as per my discovery profile. I asked him how much will it cost me to increase my cover amount and the response he gave me was : </p> <p>Good day Thabang - Please call ********** 433 they will assist you. Thanks</p> <p>How professional is this? That's definitely not the type of response I would expect from an "adviser"</p>
