No regard for your customers

I’ve had it up to my ears with this *********** people in this company. Months ago I cancelled our life insurance and have been sending emails and phone calls non stop. Yet still even after receiving a cancelation mail they still took money out of my account! Me Matabane “our broker” never answers mails it calls and Gladys does not reply either. And now I have money taken out of my account that will probably not be given back! Seriously! I can’t event wrap my head around this and I am in tears as a result! Will never tell anyone to get life insurance through them. They bait you and when you cannot afford the premiums they don’t even bother to help you!!!!! Not happy at all
