No feedback from discovery consultant

I enquired for life insurance with discovery about over a month ago. The guy assisting me is not even getting back to me, this guy I send him an email a clear response from him is non-existent I have been sending emails regarding the same thing for the past 2/3 weeks and I haven’t received any feedback and yet I want to finalise this whole thing. Not sure how difficult it could be to onboard someone. I called yesterday and they sent him an email which he responded to this morning but what he sent was not even clear as to what was required of me to do. I still sent a follow-up email and no feedback nor light was shed regarding my query.
