NO DELIVERY ON PROMISE

As per Discovery website my Integrator payback due date is 1/12/2015. My correct banking details were provided on 19/11/2015 ready for payment on 1/12/20115. Up to date I have yet to see any payment in my account and when I call the contact center I get a lousy excuse that they pay in batches and payment can be expected before end of December. My broker is the only one willing to help here but their hands are also tied unfortunately.<br> <br> THIS IS NOT DISCOVERY'S PROMISE AND THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING!!!<br> <br> Treating customers fairly and customer protection act obviously also mean nothing to Discovery!
