No communication .Gatvol for discovery

I have been loyal client of Discover for almost 4 years. Struggling with debit order to get approved by my own bank . The bank helped my now and was waiting foe debitorder. No debitorder was requisted. Did manual payments to discovery for the premium. I spoke to the consultant, no letter nothing was received policy just cancelled. Really gatvol for Discovery as well as the bank. Think you have policy to protect my family then cancelled. I made the payment now policy anyway cancelled.
