no claim pay out

Discovery is the worst company to have a income protector with I was injured in January this year I had broken my back and my collar bone and still to date haven't had any of my income protector paid out and they expect you to do get stamped bank statements and Id documents when they know you have been injured how they expect that when you are not allowed to drive!!!! And they dont let you know of all the documents they need at once so every time I send through what they want they come back with other paper work instead of giving it all at once which is absolutely ridiculous since I had to try and source someone to drive me around every time while in agony due to my accident it's absolutely appalling. they also obviously dont screen there brokers they use to sell the policies as i am not going to get paid out due a paper technicality due to the broker not disclosing information i had told him about which is not my problem as they let brokers that are not qualified work for them..... but they are quick to debit my money for the policy every month which they are still doing with pleasure... <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Insure to Discovery Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
