Nicholas Rama - Unprofessional and rude Sales Person!

Rude sales person Nicholas Rama that wanted to me to forcefully take up a policy without me reviewing it to my satisfaction. He even hung up after I requested the review the documents and said that he has done all the hard work. I'm very loyal to Discovery but at the rate that your sales consultant are going, I'd rather take up life cover and everything else, elsewhere. Very unprofessional, forceful and and borderline rude! Definitely needs etiquette training. This is against TCF, he did not want to afford me an opportunity to make an informed decision regarding the policy he was quoting me on.
