New Policy Pending since 23/03/2015

I spoke to David Thompson on 23/03/2015 and confirmed that my Life Policy would be active from 01/05/2015. I therefore cancelled my life policy with another insurance company effective 30/04/2015. <br> <br> I was then requested to have blood tests. I informed David Thompson and the nurse that my blood tests would not be 100% correct as I was pregnant. I had the blood tests done 24/03/2015.<br> <br> I then received no feedback or response again. I then followed up with David Thompson again on 02/04/2015, 08/04/2015 and he informed me that I was declined disability and was a B3 Life Category. I then informed him that I would get a letter from the doctor to confirm why the levels were high. I sent the letter to David Thompson on 15/04/2015. <br> <br> Again I received no feedback or response. on the 30/04/2015, I called and spoke to David Thompson and he stated that he needed to get information from the Admin Dept. I was placed on hold and he came back online and informed me that the Admin team was waiting for the blood tests results as per the letter from the doctor. The admin team or David at this stage hadn't even looked at the letter.<br> <br> 04/05/2015 and still no feedback.<br> <br> Very disappointed.
