My issue was resolved within 2days

I had a query with my cash payback on my Discovery Life policy. After struggling for a month with my financial adviser to resolve the matter. I decided to lodge a formal complain with Discovery life department. The same day of lodging the complain, I received a call from Habibah who within 2minutes explained the reasons for my problem. She then referred the matter to Gerhardt Krog who made sure that my problem was sorted. Today I am overjoyed with my Discovery Life policy. Thanks Habibah and Gerhardt and to Discovery for allowing its members to contact them directly if they are not happy with their financial advisers. You two deserve a BELLS. Keep up the good work.
