Move away now Discovery have really lost the plot

Now did query just to confirm what the process would be to cancel a Discovery life policy for my Wife since she may be out of a job in a month

Contact center "Because you are not the policy owner we can not advise you what the process and requirements would be to cancel a Discovery Life package" Why I am not asking them to cancel her package I just want to know the process and the answer So then I tell them Ok how do I cancel mine So she checks and then goes "I cannot tell you because you are on group life"
