Mortage Protector is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot believe how unhelpful discovery has been.
To think a mortgage protector would be something they would consider urgent.
They have no worries taking your money every month but the moment it comes to them having to pay up you are promised call after call after call.
A lady be the name of Lesego has not responded to my email after a full 3 months after Alexander Forbes specifically said she will be handling my claim.
3 Months and not a single email.
Why take a persons money when you know you will never cover them for what they are paying for
The worst thing to ever do to a person suffering from depression and is suicidal

04 Jan 2022, 03:58I would just like to commend discovery on how quickly they responded to my complaint. Yes it is irritating to have to come to this platform in order for you to get a response however they have done what most companies fail to do and that is fix the problem.
I would like to thank Nolo Hlahla for making a promise and keeping.
Thanks to Ronald Mapokgole for also assisting me when I had called in.
I have been a discovery health member since 2014 and I guess even though they have their faults, there is a reason I am still with them
