6 months later and still no life insurance!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Discovery to ask about Life Insurance in April. After the nurse came, there were several back and forths between us and the agent about my husbands heart condition (which is now cured) and they asked for an ECG and various tests, which we did with notes from the doctor etc. It is now September. I have contacted them repeatedly to ask what is happening and they don't answer me! I'm trying to GIVE them money and they don't even bother following up? How completely unacceptable and what TERRIBLE service. I emailed them again 2 weeks ago and not even a response. HORRIBLE. Can honestly not believe they are still in business with this kind of service...
