Mistakes with Discovery over and over

Discovery life service is utterly ridiculous. From August 2020 I have been asking for assistance with my life policy and to date still no response. I ended up asking to reduce my premium and they sent me a quote. Which I filled out and sent back. My premium was never changed. When I enquired I'm told that the quote was expired. Now, I must redo the whole process just because of discoverys mistake. This is a trying period for all and things like this just are ridiculous.
