Mischievous & Selfish way by Discovery Life

When I took my policy through Discovery Life, I was told that I would get payback every year & the amount will depend on my Health status i.e. bronze, silver etc. Then after the tenth year, I would then receive my payback every 5th year. Early 2016, I was supposed to get my payback as per initial agreement but I was told that it will be paid in 2018 because my policy was upgraded to 5 year payback. That was a surprise to me as I have never at any time asked for my policy to be upgraded to a 5 year period. That is very wrong , mischievous coming from Discovery Life that when I reduce the cover in 2014, no one told me about a new agreement of 5th year payback. <br> Going forward, I would like Discovery to pay me my payback which was due in Dec 2015. Also, I would like to receive all my paybacks every year i.e. Dec 2016, Dec 2017 etc. In addition, Discovery must send me a projection of my paybacks i.e. every year of the first 10 years, then every 5 years until the 60% payback at retirement age assuming a health gold status. <br>
