*******ly obtaining my details, marketing to me, rude call center agents too

I've just gotten a call from a very unprofessional call center agent who 1- Refused to see if I could talk and essentially acted as if Discovery is entitled to my time, while I am working 2- did not mention the call was being recorded, as they should 3- got flippant and offended when I told them they were being rude 4- Then refused to say what company they were calling from 5- refused to give their names to be reported

I WAS going to get a Discovery life and medical aid, etc - That is NOT going to happen now.
