LINDOKUHLE SITHOLE DISGUSTINGLY DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE . HE BASELESS ARROGANCE AND EGO ARE TARNISHING DISCOVERY'S BRAND AND TURNING AWAY NEW BUSINESS .

Firstly , I am disheartened by the service I am receiving from Discovery life sales consultants. I find it very upsetting , very upsetting that i have to waste my time writing this complaint because of the terribly disgusting service from Lindokuhle Sithole . He is unnecessarily disgustingly disrespectful, rude, immature and ***********, arrogant hardhead. He frequently asks to call back mid conversation because he believes putting the phone down and calling back will fix his stinking attitude, which is driven by his desire to mislead clients which is evident in his defensive nature when asked a question. He is the worst sales person i have ever engaged with. He has no care for the business and its clients. He is supposed to be writing up new business however he is consciously turning it away because of his arrogant nature. He has no sense of respect for himself , the business and its clients. Nobody deserves such treatment . I simply wanted to take out a Life cover , but LINDOKUHLE SITHOLE HAD TO BE A UNNECESECARRILY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL , EVEN WHEN GIVEN A CHANCE TO MAKE AMENDS HE REFUSED TO.
