Life policy follow up call/email required.

Hi I have an existing life policy quote from the Wed 27OCT 2021. Did the follow up health questionnaire call interview on Fri 29OCT 2022. Still waiting for a response as to when to do the medical. I called the call centre Fri 05Nov and Mon 08Nov to find out when is the follow up call/ email taking place. The agents on both occasions took down my details and sent an email for the discovery life agent to follow up with the non responsive query of giving out a quote with a follow up health questionnaire with nothing to follow it up with thereafter. Please can somebody get back to me wrt this.
