On the 03 August 2022 tragic accident took away my life partner , who at the time took a Life insurance with Discovery to take care of our kids when he is no more .

The least of my worries where not supposed to be my kids finances but only my emotional healing process which is not happening until this day the is no progress 4 months later , All I am getting its a run around from Nqobane Ngwenya ( Mercer Marsha Benefits ) whom now is referring me to Sibusiso Luvono which I have been trying to get ahold of no luck phone rings un-answered . I believe I have sent through all the required documents they requested from me What else is missing ?

Now we in the festive season kids need more Xmas , new school uniform etc. where do I begin to explain it to them that I don't have money or I wont be able to get any of that for them . I need to know what is happening with my claim and I need answers now ,
