Life insurance policy ******* ***

I have been having a life insurance and my ve vehicle insurance I had to it due to the bad service they provide . They would just increase your policy with your knowledge ,they so inconvenience ing you causing your debit orders to bounce.I told them Iam retired they continued to increase it ,This vitality program seems to be catch 24 so they can just do as they please I asked them to surrender that policy it is not my fault They need to surrender and pay all my monies .i find it to be the worst insurance a person must take ,would recommend it to anybody ***.it is just a ******* .It is not my fault I want my money back
