Life insurance policy

<p>I am extremelly annoyed with Discovery's slow service. My broker put in a claim on the 19th April however this has taken 3/4 weeks for confirmation after all documentation was submitted. I have called the claims department on numerous occassions with the same reply 'confirmation will be done later today' , I have called the complaince department who put me through to someone who then decided to hang up the phone, before i had a chance to explain my case, on rec-dialling nobody picked up the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am considering moving our life insurance and retirment policies elsewhere. Enough is Enough....</p>
