Life Cover Quotation Increased by 300% from Original Thembinkosi Mlaba

On the 11th of June 2019. I asked for quotation with Ms. Matakata and we agreed on R209 as per the attachment on the email. I then accepted the quote based on the premiums which made sense considering my budget. I went for medical tests and all was fine.

1.Today I received a summary letter of acceptance quoting a different amount of R622. I then inquired with Ms. Matakata and she said it because it include vitality. The vitality I have it an open vitality which doesn't add. (I believe she should have picked up the mistake from the beginning during the quotation stage) I asked to break it down and she did break down. I then asked to give me without and she gave me R267. I asked why R267 when we agreed on R209 and she dropped a call. I requested to speak to her manager "team leader" Warren and he was sorry to hear that Nandipha has dropped a call me and he advised that he will do the breakdown and communicate to me next-day because he needs to knock-off at 17h00. I challenged him and I said no he needs to come back to me on the day which is today (24th of June 2019). He later returned the call and told me they made a mistake on their side and he likes to apologize what so ever. I then challenged to give me at R209 and he refused and on the call he kept on underlining that he needs to knock-off he has overstayed by 10 minutes. I asked them who authorized Vitality because I never asked for it. I asked Warren to investigate but he never confirmed if he's going to investigate or not because it contravenes the CPA. Warren agreed on the mistake on their side.

I can simply say Nandipha Matakata wasn't truthful and she has insulted me by dropping the call on me with proper explanation
