Life Cover for 2 years paid but never implemented

The bulk of the employees at our company has been affected by the gross negligence of ACS and Discovery Life. A group life policy was taking covering the lives of the employees for the benefit of said employees but never properly initiated because Discovery Life \forgot\" to request the medical underwriting requirements to be initiated (medical tests done). Instead for close on 2 years employees who should have been covered for between R1mil and R4mil each have enjoyed on average R30000 cover as the free cover limits app****. Even after this was noticed by ACS it had still taken well over 6 months to start resolving it and to date there are still employees not receiving proper cover. The same app**** to the income protectors that was part of the same policy. The benefit statements and all other paperwork clearly indicate that these employees were NOT properly covered during the insured period. Employees have cancelled or reduced life insurance policies they held in their personal capacities before believing they were covered when they were not. For me personally (if I died) this would have caused 2/3's of the rental portfolio I built for my wife and child to be lost as a result. "
