Late payment of pensions

It has been 3 months that my pension haa been paid in late. According to Discovery's own letter when my disability began our "payday" is the 20th. This is the 3rd month in a row that my pension is late. One month iit was 1 day late and next month 2 days and it looks like it will be 2 days again Feb 2020. This is disgusting. No sms or mails to let us know. What is going on? Is this our new pay method? When are you going to start communicating with us. Apart that we have to fight for months with you for a pay out, you are a very bad payer. Your credit record as company must get affected the same way mine is now being affected.
