INSTRUCTION TO CANCEL IGNORED AND FORCED TO PAY FOR AN UNUSED BENEFIT

<p>I added Vitality to my Discovery Life and within a week a requested that the Vitality policy be cancelled from inception. This was after realising that I don't really need the policy.</p> <p>The instruction was sent in writing and Discovery Life and Discovery Vitality just ignored my instruction.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then refused to pay for Vitality and obviously Discovery Life cancelled my life policy. Imagine in this day of age. I have been talking to Discovery Life about reinstating my policy and they want me to pay for Vitality which i NTU'd (NOT TAKEN UP).</p> <p> </p> <p>I still want to Discovery Life policy but refuse to pay for Vitality.</p> <p> </p> <p>The pathetic service I have received from Discovery is appauling, this is not the expected service levels from them.</p> <p> </p>
