INEFFIECENT RUDE STAFF

How can a company such as Discovery award the administration of their claims to an *********** rude company such as Phakama Financial Services, the number never goes through, you send a claim you don't even receive communication on acknowledgement of receipt of the claim, when you enquire you find rude arrogant consultants who are not even willing to listen to your complaint or query.

Very disappointed and will surely be cancelling what's left of my cover with them, cant let my family go through such ********** process when I am no longer there.
