Inefficient and Ineffective

DISCOVERY. I app**** for my Provident Fund to be withdrawn in March 2020. I am still awaiting till this day. I have sent countless emails and made calls to the Payroll Team, they are very inefficient and unprofessional. They keep referring me to their Third Party partner, I'm not getting any assistance there too. As a consultant now I see the value of saving my funds/investments in my bank account, rather that using Financial Institutions like Discovery.
