INCORRECT & DOUBLE Deductions...PAY BACK!

I would just like to express the deep disappointment we have with Discovery. We've asked that our policies be reviewed as it was becoming to expensive. The broker contacted us, we met up, documents were completed and there we go. We've opted for a combined policy (hubby & me) which was a cheaper option for us. Guess what? We've been struggling since MAY 2022 to get Discovery to stop our old policies, repay incorrect premiums back to us and deduct the agreed premium for our new policy. They are deducting whichever amount they feel like and they deduct whenever they feel we are 'behind' (which we are not) and they've deducted double...MORE THAN ONCE! It's happened now for the 3rd month in a row. We constantly have to dig into credit cards and make other plans to get by. It's our livelihood that's being taken away. Things are already tight for a lot of people and for Discovery just to double deduct in some of the most difficult times....IT'S NOT RIGHT! HOW DO YOU DO THAT? DO YOU HAVE ANY CARE, RESPECT OR HEART?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! How would you feel if someone just takes the food off your table without warning? Or you kids' school supplies???? CATCH A WAKE UP DISCOVERY and pay back our money!
