Inconsistent accounts

Not even going to call you guys again because the last time i sat on the phone for over an hour and here i am still struggling.

In Oct i asked for my Life policy to be lowered due to financial troubles. Iwas to go from R1045 to R600 something. Was told by my broker it was done (i signed docs etc). End Oct - SAME debit order comes off! So it wasnt done. i am told - we will offset the next debit order with the difference of over payment and thus your next debit order will be R200 something to balance out the payment over the 2 months.

Come end of Nov - Discovery debit, not the R200, not the R600....but a whopping R1253!?

I reverse the payment cause i needed MY MONEY!

My broker mails discover - noone gets back to us.

End Dec/ beg Jan - Discovery dont even do ANY debit orders. But i get smses saying i have not paid!? Why not take your debit order?

End of Jan - discovery takes TWO payments of R640 off.

So i reverse the payments as i had already asked my broker to cancel my policy as i ws fed up with the inconsistent debit orders.

A very nice gent called me about this cancellation and offered that i drop my life polocy lower so as not to lose all my invested money. I agree. He says they will give me Jan as a grace period but will take R200 or so on 12/02 to catch up certain amounts. COOL. That was done.

Its now 7 March and you guys have still not debited my account for this months payment and yet...i am getting smses saying i have not paid! WHY NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT? Has the debit been moved to another date that i dont know about?

Also..stop wasting paper sending me mails. I have 4 items of post in front of me that are so inconsistent and confusing: 1 Feb - Our records show you owe R207 5 Feb - Our records show you owe R853.64 7 Feb - Our records show you owe R1500.18 13 Feb - Our records show you owe R407.22

What the heck is that all about?? within days of each other and all such different amounts???

Get your acts together please. What do i owe? and why are you not debiting my account but still sending me "you owe us money" smsed??
