Inconsiderate Email

<p> I recently underwent the process of completing the medical for the Life Insurance application. Unfortunately my application was declined due to a medical reason. I just feel like your consultants could have handled the situation better, I understand that information can not be released to me directly, however I feel like I could have received a phonecall to say my doctor's details were required (What's the point of asking for this information in the medical process). But I was left to agonise, over the weekend, what this medical reason is because I am seemingling healthy (bar my chronic illness and being overweight). I did raise this information to the person I was in contact with and I was completely ignored. Twice! This is unacceptable as I expect so much for from Discovery!</p>
