Inconsiderate and Time wasters

We keep contacting Discovery to obtain our late mom’s phone will but they do not respond to emails and they don’t have a number we can contact.

The Discovery claims team gives us different email addresses to contact. This is extremely frustrating and it’s delaying funeral proceedings. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency. This is insensitive, the deceased may be another policy number to you but she’s our mother.
