So I've been trying to cancel my Life policy (because of their misleading consultants) and submitted all necessary docs well before the cut off date, they reply and say the cant process it as my policy is ceded to a bond (which does not exist) So I got the bank to send me a letter stating this and mailed it back to them. They took weeks to reply to this saying they still want it... I said the bank itself has no records of this!! How dumb! Days later they reply to say they will check the bank. Another week passes and they Discovery sends me a mail to confirm the session is no cancelled. WOW! Nothing about my policy being canceled and my refund! Im going to Ombuds. Dnt bother with your cut and paste replies!
