<p>I have been called for the last couple of days from ********** 270 on behalf of Discovery to sell me lfe cover. I eventually answered the phone and the agent went through the benefits. It sounded very good and wanted to have a look at the T & C before going ahead. I asked if they could email it to me first to which they rep**** " we need a confirmation of a policy before they can email it". This is an ******* tact under FAIS and is definately not treating customers fairly. When I asked to speak to a manager the agent hung up on me. Is this the way Discovery does business because if it is, their clients better change to a company that is above board. I woulk like a proper feedback via email or i will lay a complaint directly with the FSB.</p>
