I want my money TODAY!
I refer to my complaint on 2 November, where you deducted money even though I cancelled the policy.
It is now 19 November, and I still have not yet received my refund. I want my money today, not tomorrow or next week, TODAY.
This is your fault, not mine. So give me my money back.

We have contacted the policy owner to confirm that we still await the refund form that was sent you on the 06th of November 2018. He advised us that he will have it emailed to us as soon a possible.
