I need my money

reference number *** Discovery life incorectly Debited me over 900 on February 25th, i contacted them and they advised they will listen to the calls and upon doing that their called to confirm that their agent was wrong and gave me incorect information. i decided i will close the policy and we agreed they must refund me and close the life plan as this was not handled appropriately and fault was established to be on their side. this was before the lockdown but i am still waiting for my refund. i need my money and i advised that i am so inconvinienced by this financially. no respinse to my emails and calls not picked up. I need this urgently resolved
