I have asked the company to remove my ex spouse and this process has taken months to remove ( still not done) I stopped the policy because I did not want to continue paying for him. Now it is also taking further months to reinstate the policy, they want my ex to fill in declaration of health forms to be removed ( makes no sense at all) in order to reinstate they want me to pay my missed premiums (which is fine) but they want me to pay for my ex who I asked to be removed!!! Their process is nonsensical and its sooo much back and forth. The only reason I am still trying is because of the vitality benefits but wow such poor service
